This is your official guide to the terms and conditions governing the Sona Solar Zimbabwe Predict and Win Contest. Here, you will find all the essential information about how to participate, the rules that govern the contest, and the prizes up for grabs.
By entering the contest, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before participating.
What is Predict and Win?
Predict and Win is a thrilling competition hosted by Sona Solar Zimbabwe. It's your chance to test your knowledge and skill and potentially win exciting prizes. The contest will involve making predictions related to various Football Games, and the winners will be determined based on the accuracy of their predictions.Heads Up About The 90-Minute Rule!
For most of our football (soccer) games in Predict and Win, only the events happening in regular time count towards your predictions. This includes the full 90 minutes played, plus any stoppage time added by the referee for injuries or other delays. However, anything that happens in extra time or during a penalty shootout won't affect your score. Be sure to keep this in mind when placing your predictions!
1. The promoter of this competition is Sona Solar Zimbabwe.
2. Employees of Sona Solar Zimbabwe or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
4. To enter the competition, just predict the Game's Winning Team and The Scoreline and stand a chance to win. All comments will then become an entry into the competition. By entering this competition, you agree to be bound by the rules specified in these terms and conditions.
5. No entry will be accepted if it reaches us on or after the day/time of completion of the competition.

1. The promoter of this competition is Sona Solar Zimbabwe.
2. Employees of Sona Solar Zimbabwe or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
4. To enter the competition, just predict the Game's Winning Team and The Scoreline and stand a chance to win. All comments will then become an entry into the competition. By entering this competition, you agree to be bound by the rules specified in these terms and conditions.
5. No entry will be accepted if it reaches us on or after the day/time of completion of the competition.
6. There would be weekly posts about the Matches and Predictions. Valid entries would be Predictions of Both The Game's Winning Team and The Scoreline made as comments to this weekly post.
7. Weekly posts would be made on the page Sona Solar Zimbabwe days before every game and prediction ends a day before the game is played.
8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
9. The rules of the competition and the prize for each winner will be determined by Sona Solar Zimbabwe.
10. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
11. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
12. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
13. The promoter will only contact the approved entries from its posts. Any entry that seems inappropriate, below the standard, go against the rules of the competition will not be posted to the Facebook timeline.
14. Winners will be chosen at the end of every match. The first entry with the right score prediction wins a prize that is decided by Sona Solar Zimbabwe.
15. Weekly winners are not permitted to participate in the subsequent weeks’ predictions, so as to give others an opportunity to win.
16. The winners will be notified via a Facebook post on the next day after the contest was run ... or via direct message or email within seven (7) days of the announcement date. If the winners cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within fourteen (14) days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
17. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected. The winners will have one week to accept the prize and confirm collection. If the winner fails to accept the prize within one week, another winner may be selected.
There will be one ONE WINNER per prediction.
Please Note: One person may not win consecutively and once a winner has been chosen they will not be eligible to win until at least two prediction competitions have elapsed.
18. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
19. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
20. The competition and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by Zimbabwe law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zimbabwe.
21. The winners agree to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
22. Only Zimbabwean citizens and people resident in Zimbabwe are eligible to play. Contestants must be 13 years and above to play.
23. An adjudication team from Sona Solar Zimbabwe will decide on the winner based on correct prediction and meeting of the above-mentioned entry requirements. In the event that 3 or more fans get the prediction correct, the Sona Solar Zimbabwe team will only select 1 winner based on random selection. Only 1 (One) fan can win per contest.

identified and a photograph/s taken and published in printed media, or to appear on radio and
television, and various online channels when accepting their prize(s).
26. Winner Verification:
- To claim the prize, the winner will be required to provide valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., National ID card, Passport) that matches the name submitted during the competition entry.
- Pseudonyms or nicknames will not be accepted for prize claim purposes.
- Sona Solar Zimbabwe reserves the right to request additional verification documents if necessary to confirm the winner's identity.
- Failure to provide valid identification within 10 days of notification may result in the selection of a new winner.
- Confidentiality: All information collected for verification purposes will be treated confidentially and used solely for the administration of this competition.
